Everyone experiences labour pains differently, but what ever you can do to get you through the pain is great!  I never danced during my labours, but I had on relaxing spa music.  For my first, it worked great, it was very relaxing and a calm environment.  But with my second, he came so quickly that I think I might have done better off with some fast hip shaking tempo!   If I have another baby I might try dancing through labor:)  What about you, would you try dancing your way through labor?
