I want labels on the food I buy. I really appreciate and look for Organic and Non GMO project labels on packages. I’d rather pay more and eat less. Honestly when you eat healthy you consume less because you are getting lots of nutrients from the right food so you don’t feel as hungry so I find I’m eating less then I use too. So in the end my food budget is about the same as it was before I might even be spending less now. Does anyone agree with me?
